In terms of detoxifying our bodies and losing weight, I have come across an easy recipe for a marvellous detox drink, which helps us getting rid of belly fat.
What we need:
- 1kg of lemons
- baking soda
- 3 bunches of parsley
- 1.5 liters of water
- We wash the lemons by rubbing baking soda on them.
- afterwards, we let the lemons absorb cool water for about 60 minutes.
- We now heat up 1.5 liters of water and let it cool down again.
- We slash the lemons and put them into the cooled water together with the parsley.
- The blend should now rest for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
- On the next day, we mix the blend and store it in a cool place.
How to use it:
Drink 100 ml of the blend per day on an empty stomach.
